Description

The xfce ports should be moved to their own new category, just like "gnome" and "kde", and be updated to Xfce 4.4.

Step 1 complete. Ports moved to new category "xfce", and somewhat delinted of fluff.

Ugh, slow going. GTK+ breaking on Leopard and all maintainers needing merging didn't help.

Updated in r35445 through r35467, updating all ports from Xfce 4.2.4 to Xfce 4.4.2
