Fix mod_rewrite so we can get nicer urls in both WordPress and Trac

Apparent problems with mod_rewrite prevent us from using nice page urls in WordPress?

I would be great to program mod_rewrite to be able to write things like:

• http://trac.macports.org/roadmap and have that handled at the server level as http://trac.macports.org/projects/macprots/roadmap, which is what the user has to type now;
• http://svn.macports.org/trunk/base and have that handled at the server level as http://svn.macports.org/repository/macports/trunk/base, which is what the user has to type now.

Trac URLs have been shortened. For technical reasons, we cannot shorten subversion URLs. I'm closing this as (mostly) fixed.
