The crash/data loss severity isn't what I meant to use, you may want to change that.

Hi -- I'm the maintainer of the port. I just tried compiling gqview right now and I can't seem to reproduce the problem (the build completed ok). Can you attach the output of "port installed" so I can see what versions of the gtk, libpng, etc libraries you have installed?

If you don't see a problem, it can be marked "works for me". There is a new update though to 2.0.4. I attached a patch.

The update looks fine. I don't have commit access so I can't commit it myself -- feel free to do so whenever you have the chance.

I can't duplicate the problem. It is now updated to 2.0.4.
