I have just upgraded the librsvg port to version 2.16.0 and changed the code to use ${prefix}/lib/gtk-2.0/2.10.0/loaders instead of the 2.4.0 directory.

Please test the updated port and report back on the results.

I am closing this FIXED, since the problem reported has been addressed in the upgraded port.
