Description
The upgrade to neon 0.26 breaks sitecopy 0.16.0. neon 0.25 had an ne_md5 stream that sitecopy used to use. neon 0.26 no longer supports ne_md5, instead referring to OpenSSL. An upgrade to sitecopy 0.16.3 should fix the problem, as the current version supports neon 0.26.
