according ​http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/mysql/5.0.html#Source

the sources for 5.0.33 is available, but in ports only 5.0.27.

The mysql.com changed politics and the binary versions won't be released for community edition (-: But source code is available.

Please correct your Portfile.

Resolved in r21419. Updated to 5.0.33.
