Description
- resolved the conflict with antlr by renaming libantlr.a to libantlr_gdl.a.
- added a variant proj that enable map projection.

Thanks for letting me know the error. It was not so easy as replacing these arguments. Now it builds with libproj4 but I had to some tricks.

It seems that +proj variant in your Portfile makes no sense since the configure option to use libproj4 is not "--with-proj4" but "--with-libproj4". Please check it out.
