Here's a diff to update libssh from 0.11 to 0.2. BTW, it also fixes the problem with linking to Apple provided zlib and OpenSSL.

Hmm. We'll also need to add an epoch, otherwise port will think 0.2_0 < 0.11_0. That doesn't fundamentally change the patch.

Added patch to also add the epoch to ensure and update; contains the patch of the reporter so it's the only one necessary.

We haven't heard from the maintainer or the previous ticket assignee in awhile, so I committed Simon's version of the patch in r27501. Thanks.
