Description
GNUPlot fails to install with the following error:
$ port install gnuplot Error: Unable to execute port: invalid command name "configure.cppflags"
Additional Information: $ port version Version: 1.500 $ port -d sync Synchronizing from rsync://rsync.darwinports.org/dpupdate/dports

this should work in any version released after (and including) 1.4.40 and the current trunk
