snownews: snow2opml symlinks into destroot

${prefix}/bin/snow2opml badly links to a file in ${destroot} that was clean after install:

% port installed snownews
The following ports are currently installed:
  snownews @1.5.7_0 (active)
% port contents snownews
Port snownews contains:
  /opt/local/bin/opml2snow
  /opt/local/bin/snow2opml
  /opt/local/bin/snownews
  /opt/local/bin/snowsync

BSD patches it not to install snow2opml.
