RFE: openldap-2.3.35 - change dep db4 to db44

Description

The recommended version of db for 2.3 is 4.4.20, so I propose the dependency db4 (4.3.29) be changed to db44. An additional reason is that the dependency chain of apache installs db44, so if you install apache with the openldap variant, you end up with both db4 and db44. A patch to the openldap port with the update is attached.
