jpeg2ps Portfile need updated

The following information need updated: (1) line 9: homepage  http://www.pdflib.com/products/more/jpeg2ps.html should be " http://www.pdflib.com/download/free-software/jpeg2ps/"

(2) line 19: master_sites  http://www.pdflib.com/products/more/${name}/ should have corresponding change based on (1)

(3) distfile should be located at:  http://www.pdflib.com/fileadmin/pdflib/products/more/jpeg2ps/jpeg2ps-1.9.tar.gz So far, the command "port install jpeg2ps" can't locate the tarball file
