Error: Checksum (md5) mismatch for renderext-0.9.tar.bz2

Having an issue installing wireshark which depends on renderext.

I followed the faq section on checksum mismatch for ports. It suggested submitting a ticket.

Below is the error.

---> Verifying checksum(s) for render Error: Checksum (md5) mismatch for renderext-0.9.tar.bz2 Error: Target org.macports.checksum returned: Unable to verify file checksums Error: The following dependencies failed to build: gtk2 pango Xft2 xrender render cairo tiff jpeg libpcap openssl Error: Status 1 encountered during processing.

I was able to get pass this error by downloading renderext-0.9.tar.bz2 directly into /opt/local/var/macports/distfiles/render.

This works fine for me. Please try the following and report back if it worked:

port clean --all render
port install render
