Description

While trying to install gtk-engines2 witihout GNOME, the configuration fails because of the lack of the MacPorts own versions of intltool and p5-xml-parsers: 

checking for intltool >= 0.31.0... 0.35.5 found
checking for perl... /usr/bin/perl
checking for XML::Parser... configure: error: XML::Parser perl module is required for intltool
