Description
Changes:
- Updated to 1.1.23.
- Made a new distfile with only the needed files.
- Rewritten the port to be less strange.
- Added sha1 and rmd160 checksums.
- References to "Jaguar" have been changed to "Panther" in the README file (which is now in the distfile).
Randall Wood: I'm adding you to the Cc as it seems this port is vital for some gnome-related ports.

I know that. But it's currently broken. As I don't have a MacPorts installation on my Panther box, I just want someone to actually test this before I do the commit.

cups-headers was removed in r57551.

The cups-headers port is designed to support the installation of any programs that want to link against the system-supplied cups in Mac OS X 10.3.x (whatever its called). The system-supplied cups on 10.3.x is missing its header files.
