Description
This small utility can handle PackdDir archives, it is a CLI tool and has no requiremenet as far as I can say so the portfile should be pretty straightforward.

Thanks for the suggestion, Andrea. I added a packddir port in r30836. You may want to look at the final portfile to see what all was necessary to get it to work.
If you would like to be the maintainer of this port (since you seem to care about the software), please send me an email and I will make it so.
