upgrade ploticus to 2.33 plus 8 patches

The previous version of ploticus was old; I've updated the source, and added all known patches to it (eight in total, all that are listed on the homepage). I've also changed the port to allow for gif, png, freetype, etc.

It's a little gross - I've patched patch-files here, but it works. Only the exe is built, not the API or library.

I've also changed the install name to the more correct "ploticus" and installed the man page.

Okay - sure - I didn't know that. However, when I added a ".8" instead to somehow note in the patch level, macports kept giving me weird messages during "outdated" queries. It would print things like "2.33.8 > 2.33.0 ?" or something like that.

Those eight patches are quite significant, and are downloaded directly from the ploticus web site, and therefore should be noted somehoe in the version. I can change it to anything you suggest, as the change is trivial in the portfile.

Version 2.40 has been released. Which, if any, of these patches are still needed?

No idea, really. I'd guess that none are, becuse all eight patches in my portfile came from the ploticus website directly (or pointed to directly from it). I'd guess that the ploticus author incorporated all of them.
