openal: update to 1.1

nox already caught the issue with the MacPorts OpenAL package itself, but the fix doesn't seem to have made the fetch source list. An older version of MacPorts was able to find the 1.0 source at an old mirror, the latest MacPorts can't find any 1.0 sources and the 1.1 version doesn't even show up on a search.

Both 1.0 and 1.1 versions of the openal distfile are in the MacPorts distfiles repository, but the Portfile wasn't updated to fetch the 1.1 latest when it was uploaded. Reclassifying this port under the Port Updates to signal that all it needs is an update. This is not an infrastructure nor MacPorts base issue.

I had a crack at updating this, but I couldn't quite get everything installing to the right place. Perhaps my efforts will be useful as a starting point. I noticed there also seems to be a newer revision in Creative's svn now.
