Deprecated patch in xar-devel port

Description
The xar-devel port tries to apply a patch to lib/libxar.la.in.in but it seems like the issue got fixed by the xar developers without bumping the revision, so that patch wants to revert the patch and installing the port fails.
This can easily be fixed, with removing the patch from the Portfile.
