The port attempts to fetch a file which does not exist:

--->  Verifying checksum(s) for swi-prolog-lite
Error: Checksum (sha1) mismatch for pl-5.6.12.tar.gz
Error: Target org.macports.checksum returned: Unable to verify file checksums
Error: Status 1 encountered during processing.

The file /opt/local/var/macports/distfiles/swi-prolog/pl-5.6.12.tar.gz contains only:
