Description
This updates ledit to its current upstream version (1.17). I have emailed with the maintainer, and he's fine with the patch; he also asked me to take over maintaining this port, and I'm willing to do that.

The sources aren't yet available on the master-sites you provided, therefore I added a third valid URL, the one linked from the home page.

OK, I committed the new URL in r33495. I kept the one linked from the home page as the second master site.
