missing file fetching py-pyobjc 1.4

The file pyobjc-1.4.tar.gz does not exist on either the project's site or macports.org, so the fetch fails. I worked around it by downloading the file from a random Fink mirror, here's a link: ​http://ftp.be.debian.org/mirror/fink.sourceforge.net/distfiles/pyobjc-1.4.tar.gz and put it in /opt/local/macports/distfiles/python. The file already had the correct checksum.
