I would really appreciate it if the original poster could try to spot in this incredibly and unnecessarily large paste the precise error(s) that's keeping latex2man from activating. Not only for the purpose of trimming it and making the ticket more manageable, but also because I seriously doubt anyone (but the OP) will go sifting through all that output spot the relevant block. Thanks!
