hdf5-1.6.6 Can't fetch

Description

The hdf5-1.6.6 package will not fetch from any repository. It looks like the project has moved on to 1.8.0 without leaving the 1.6.6 source behind. The port maintainer should update the portfile.

The source for the 1.6-branch of hdf5 is available at ftp://ftp.hdfgroup.org/HDF5/current16/src/. (The current version is 1.6.7 now.)
