Description

New portfile for radlib (Rapid Application Development Library). This is my first attempt at a portfile, so please let me know if there are any issues.

Just a couple of comments, instead of explicitly specifying the sourceforge mirror 

master_sites  http://internap.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/radlib/

you can just use 

master_sites  sourceforge:radlib

as this will use the sourceforge mirror system to get the source

also there is no need to specify the extract.suffix
