Description

Trying to sudo port -vd install git-core, I find it fails for some strange reason. The last few lines are:

I have msgfmt in /opt/local/bin/msgfmt, and /opt/local/bin in my PATH, but it's possible the build process starts a new shell which cannot find it?

Please close this ticket; it was a mixup at my end with the binpath variable in macports.conf. Sorry!
