RFE: ccache: Move symlinks to avoid mtree violation

Description

Currently, ccache violates the mtree by using ${prefix}/ccache. The symlinks inside this directory should be moved to ${prefix}/libexec/ccache where this would be more appropriate.

An ui_msg should inform users about the change.

If done, the ccache HOWTO needs an update.
