ice-python should contain variants for python24 and python25

Description

ice-python currently depends on python24, but I am using python25 for everything else. In order to use ice-python, I would need to compile it for python25.

This has been fixed for a while, there are separate ports for each version of Python: 

$ port list ice-python\*
ice-python                     @3.3.1          devel/ice-python
ice-python25                   @3.3.1          devel/ice-python25
ice-python26                   @3.3.1          devel/ice-python26
