Openldap install - db44 fetch failed

Attempting to run "port install openldap" but fails because db44 cannot be fetched.

Note, there is no assigned maintainer for db44. While, db44 does not appear to be available for download from any addresses listed in the build log, it does appear available from the following address:

The download location was updated over 2 weeks ago. Run port selfupdate and try again.
