#15308 mentioned that grep is missing from the list, and behold, so are the majority of the other ports.

Felling real stupid for not having committed the changes from an svn mv correctly.

There was also a duplicate port for hunspell-dict-en_US. I fixed hunspell in r36850, reran index and added in r36959 and reran the script for ports.php.

I think this is finally all cleaned up.

The rev for the PortIndex is actually r36859.
