Description

Dear Porters

Would it be possible to let offlineimap depend to a more general python package? Or even the version that is selected by python_select?

The advantage would be that I would not have to install python24 only for offlineimap. Me self downloaded version here works perfectly with python25-apple

Descriptions of the patch above:

  • depends on Python 2.5
  • update to version 6.0.3
  • The original master site url is broken. And the upstream redmine based site blocks downloading tools. Thus use Debian's ftp site instead.

Slight change in your patch: the master_site should not have the file in it's path, just the directories.
