openssl 0.9.8h missing from svn.macports.org

http://svn.macports.org/repository/macports/distfiles/openssl/ contains openssl-0.9.8g.tar.gz instead of the current openssl-0.9.8h.tar.gz. I noticed this because openssl.org, the preferred source, was down.

Workaround: 

sudo env MASTER_SITE_LOCAL=http://distfiles.macports.org/openssl port -v fetch openssl

Most distfiles are not expected to live in svn.macports.org. We have a new distfiles mirror for that purpose.
