Trac Tickets guide mentions Assign To (shouldn't), doesn't mention Port (should)

The screenshot and description of Trac in the documentation appear to be outdated:
http://guide.macports.org/#project.tickets
When I am using Trac today, I don't see any "Assign to:" field, and I have a "Port:" field, which is not mentioned in the guide. The "type:" drop-down menu is now below the editor rather than above it.
Attached is a screenshot of how Trac appears as of Sat 6 September.

Has duplicates #16474 and #16966.
r44825 now leaves the guide in a weird state where the section about "Assign To" has been removed but the section on "Cc" has not been changed, so the latter still says "Anyone else besides the ticket reporter and assignee [...]". The "Cc" section should mention that this is where you put the maintainers, just like the deleted "Assign To" section did.
