kmm_banking: The important program kde-config was not found!

When I try to install kmm_banking 0.9.7beta I get this error:

I do not have any kde-config program. Looks like the port is missing a dependency.

$ port provides /opt/local/bin/kde-config
/opt/local/bin/kde-config is provided by: kdelibs3
