libxml2 update to version 2.7.1

Description

Attached patch updates textproc/libxml2 to the current version, 2.7.1. Also, the autoconf/libtool stuff was removed as it builds out of the box for two level namespaces now.

I have not tested it, but as you said two level namespaces works right now, then the patch is fine. Someone with appropriate rights please commit.

FYI, it built two-level but only if you were running trunk, but no on 1.6 (due to trunk setting MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET); I fixed this in r42053 by basically copying how trunk sets MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET.
