gst-plugins port needs LDFLAGS for libgstmad to be installed shared

Description
Without this patch, if libmad is installed and gst-plugins picks it up, libtool decides it doesn't have a path to libmad and installs libgstmad.a instead of libgstmad.so, which is basically useless.
