Description
the install for hdf5 fails because the port asks for version 1.6.7 but the directories it's looking to have version 1.6.8

Patch files needed revision to use v1.6.8
I found a version 1.6.7 source at http://www.sfr-fresh.com/unix/misc/
creating a local portfile pointing to this site let me install hdf5
consider putting a copy of the v1.6.7 source on the macports site

As it turns out the 1.6.7 source is also available at http://distfiles.macports.org/hdf5. Have added your source as well as this to the 1.6.7 Portfile as a quick fix until a further update can be completed.
