Description
This library is not maintained anymore, but it's the only library providing libpcap bindings in Ruby.
I've also included a patch file taken from Gentoo ( http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=186838) which prevents warnings from being shown when requiring the library.
