dear all,
Ive been asked to come up with a plan to upgrade subversion asap! we have it running already. its not on a mac!
but does anyone know where i can get a plan to upgrade it.

I'm not sure what you're asking for, but there is a port for subversion that corresponds to the latest release (1.5.4). So you can install that port or upgrade to it with MacPorts.
If that's not what you're asking about, you'll probably want to look over the information at the subversion website: http://subversion.tigris.org/
