What will it take to get this approved? I have some further patches I want to submit, and would like to work them against this portfile, not the one currently in use.

Attaching a patch with the new variant would be a good start. It does not look like jberry has the time to add this himself.

Ugh, my bad, I was meaning to follow into #19432 not this one, which looks to me like it was just approved, thanks.

Actually, no, that is not correct. If I run port info in my local ports, I get Variants: darwin_7, darwin_8, darwin_9, ldap, mysql5, postgres, rawlog, universal

Let me track down where this is, I am near certain it is already i trac
