17861	RFE: Remove +ipv6 and make it default	raimue@…	raimue@macports.org	"Some ports still have a +ipv6 variant. Most of them only pass --disable-ipv6/--enable-ipv6 to the configure script and do not add additional dependencies. As many other ports already provide support for IPv6 by default, I would like to remove +ipv6 altogether and support IPv6 by default also for these ports.
