Goocanvas 0.9 fails to build (incompatible with GTK 2.14)

Description

The goocanvas script needs updating to use a more recent upstream version of goocanvas as version 0.9 won't build with anything later than GTK 2.12 and MacPorts has moved on to using GTK 2.14.
