Am I correct in assuming that you are using the +python variant?

comment:3 Changed 15 years ago by dbevans (David B. Evans)

After updating all dependencies, I was able to make fresh installs of both aubio @0.3.2_1 and aubio @0.3.2_1+python without any problems. Suggest you do the same

sudo port -d selfupdate
sudo port clean --all aubio
sudo port upgrade aubio

My builds were on tiger ppc with XCode 2.5.

If this doesn't work, please rebuild with the -d option and post the resulting debug output here as an attachment so that I can compare yours with mine. What os version and arch are you using?

comment:4 Changed 15 years ago by thedoobs@…

I tried your suggestion, but still have the problem. I am using OS X 10.5.6, Intel CPU, Macports 1.7.0. I have Gnome and KDE4 installed (except kdegames4 and kdepim4). I had to remove a lot of warnings so it would fit, but here is the debug output from "sudo port -d upgrade aubio":

It looks like it's picking up python 2.6, though the dependencies specify 2.5 for modules; the patch in #18378 may be the right fix.

comment:6 Changed 15 years ago by thedoobs@…

the patch you referenced fixed it for me.
