Two dependencies of the xorg-server seem to be in conflict:
font-bh-type1 font-adobe-utopia-type1
When I do: port install xorg-server I get:
---> Activating font-bh-type1 @1.0.0_0 Error: Target org.macports.activate returned: Image error: /opt/local/share/fonts/Type1/fonts.cache-1 is being used by the active font-adobe-utopia-type1 port. Please deactivate this port first, or use the -f flag to force the activation.

Should be fixed in r47101; note that this will require an upgrade to all the various font-* ports (except font-alias).
