Description

doc/INSTALL-Mac says: 

    If you want to use ncidsip:

        - Download, compile, and install the IO-Interface module from CPAN
        - Download, compile, and install the Net-Pcap module from CPAN

We have a port for the latter (p5-net-pcap) but I don't see one for the former.

p5-io-interface has since been added: #28649. Was that all that was needed for this?
