openssl 0.9.8k doesn't build with ccache enabled

Description

Building openssl 0.9.8k with ccache enabled fails with the following message:

ccache: illegal option -- f

I've attached a trivial patch that sets configure.ccache no.

Seeing that two portfile changes later (the 1b1-upgrade and then 0.8.9k-downgrade) this issue wasn't resolved, I just wanted to add, that I have noticed the same problem.
