Description
Patch file to update solfege port to version 3.14.1. This version improves Italian, Dutch, and Turkish translations. Patch also adds ftp.gnu.org as a download site.

If it's on the various Gnu mirrors then ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/solfege can be replaced with just gnu to use the mirror list for Gnu (like the port currently does with sourceforge).
