rb-piston is at version 1.3.3 but version 2.0.1 is available so the port should probably be updated.

It looks like the last update to this project - version 2.0.10 - was in 2010. Maybe it should be removed?

Version in MacPorts is from 2009;
last upstream release was in 2010.
