Gimp 2.6.6 has a Problem in the Menubar in the No_X11 build

Description

At first Pango 1.24 has to be patched but then it builds alright, but then GIMP still has a menu bar issue... The Menu item "Window" and "Help" are above each other instead of next to each other. I'll attach a screenshot.

Not an issue in current gimp2 @2.6.11_0+no_x11+quartz.
