midgard-core refers to nonexistent port midgard-php4

Description

When installing midgard-core it says

--->  Staging midgard-core into destroot
--->  Installing midgard-core @8.09.5_0
NB! The other parts of the package are:
midgard-apache2, midgard-php4 and midgard-data
--->  Activating midgard-core @8.09.5_0
--->  Cleaning midgard-core

but no port midgard-php4 exists.

It looks like midgard-php4 was deleted in r45814 and its replacement php5-midgard was added in r40582.
